Delivery

Leveringstiden hos FLORA D er gennemsnitlig 1-3 hverdage. Skulle der opstå forsinkelser på din bestilling/pakke med POST NORD eller GLS, efter den er afsendt fra vores lager, kan FLORA D ikke stilles til ansvar for dette. Derfor anbefaler vi også, at der tages forbehold for ekstra leveringstid ved travle perioder, såsom højtider eller ved udsalg. Alle vores pakker sendes som forsikret pakkepost.

Vi benytter POST NORD og GLS som forsendelsespartner, så vær opmærksom på, at GLS ikke sender pakker i weekenderne og på helligdage, så varer bestilt torsdag efter kl. 12:00 kan muligvis først leveres førstkommende mandag.

Shipments outside of Denmark can be sent Monday to Friday. We will always do our best to fulfil your order, but in rare cases, errors can occur in our stock update, which may cause us to not include the item you have ordered. In that case, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. Should such a situation occur, your order will be cancelled, and no money will be taken.

Remember to keep your order number if the item is to be returned, or you will need a refund.

Leveringstid til adresser i EU

Vi leverer til de fleste lande i EU. Prisen kan afhænger af modtagerlandet og bliver beregnet i checkout. Pakken bliver leveret til enten pakkeboks eller hjemmeadresse afhængigt af modtagerland – det er dog ikke muligt selv at vælge dette.

Leveringstider:

Der går typisk mellem 2-7 hverdage fra pakken er afsendt, til du modtager den.

 

Shipping Rates

I Danmark kan din ordre sendes fragtfrit. Fragten er altid baseret på billigste fragtmetode – det vil sige uden omdeling. Ved valg af anden fragtmetode tillægges et forsendelsesgebyr op til 49 dkk. alt efter den valgte fragtmetode. Ved levering til udlandet tilbyder vi fragt til lande i europa. 

Fragtfrit gælder kun i Danmark.

Fragt til Eu lande koster 109 dkk.

Ordering and payment

Alle priser på varer hos FLORA D er vist i danske kroner (DKK) og er inklusiv 25 % dansk moms.

At Flora D we accept the following forms of payment:

Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay and PayPal.

Payment for your order will not be taken from your card or PayPal account until your order is shipped from our warehouse

When you order a product from our web shop, you will receive an email with an order confirmation shortly after.

This confirmation email is not the same as an invoice. However, you will receive an invoice email that acts as your receipt when your purchase is completed and registered.

 

Dispatch

When your purchase is registered with Flora D, we will send your order as soon as possible. Items ordered on a Friday after 12pm or during the weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Products purchased on public holidays will not be processed until the first subsequent weekday.

Du vil modtage en mail med et link til POST NORD eller GLS Track and Trace-funktion, samme dag som din ordre afsendes fra vores lager. Vær dog opmærksom på, at det til tider kan tage lidt tid efter afsendelsen, før din pakke registreres, og Track and Trace-funktionen aktiveres.

 

Returns / Return policy

Når du handler online hos FLORA D, har du altid 30 dages fortrydelsesret. Din fortrydelsesret starter først, når du har modtaget varen, og er overholdt så længe varen bliver returneret inden for 30 dage fra modtagelsen.

 

Refund

The money will always be refunded to the same payment method that you used to pay for your order. For example, if you have paid with a credit card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the card you used to make the purchase with.

Should you regret your purchase, please return your item in the same condition you received it in. When we receive the item, we will check it and provide a refund after this.

Vi behandler din returvare hurtigst muligt. Dine penge fra dit køb vil blive tilbagebetalt, lige så snart FLORA D har modtaget den retursendte vare.

I sådanne tilfælde finansierer du selv returforsendelsen, med mindre andet er aftalt med FLORA D.

Should you choose to use the item, or if you reduce the value of the product in any way, your right of cancellation will cease. We recommend using an insured form of shipping.

Skulle det ske at en vare forsvinder i posten ved returnering, frasiger FLORA D sig ansvaret for dette, med mindre pakken er afsendt korrekt med sporingsforsendelse. Husk at vedlægge ordrenummer

We do not receive parcels sent COD.

If you want to exchange one item for another, please contact us at [email protected], and we will send you a return label, after which you simply return the parcel to the designated shipping partner. Flora D will pay the return fee when you choose to exchange an item.

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase. Additionally, it will ease the transaction if you enclose a completed return form, which you can find here www.flora-d.com/returnering

If the product has been worn beyond what has been described above, we will consider it used, resulting in only part of or none of the purchase amount being returned in case of a return of the purchase. This amount will depend on the commercial value of the product. In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must not have started using the product, broken, or otherwise damaged it while in charge of it. In addition, it must be returned complete as received by you originally.

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive back the amount you have paid in full. In case of a decrease in value that you are liable for, this amount will be deducted. Money will always be transferred back to the same payment method with which you used to pay for the purchase originally. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase price will be returned to the payment card you used to make the purchase.

 

Guarantee

As a customer, you always have a 24-month warranty. This covers manufacturing and/or material defects that were present within 24 months of your purchase. The warranty does not cover items that are defective due to wear, lack of maintenance, improper use, or improper washing, with the exception of defects present at the time of purchase.

In case of a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can exchange the item, refund the money, or offer a discount on the item.

Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

When you choose to return a product to Flora D due to a warranty claim, please send information about the defects in the product, and enclose a copy of your invoice in the return parcel. This allows us to handle your inquiry much faster and ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome of your complaint.

For legitimate claims, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.

If your claim is legitimate, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to return the item to us. Keep in mind that the item must always be sent in proper packaging, and that no address tag or packaging tape must be attached to the product itself or its original packaging. Please ensure that you receive a postal receipt. You are responsible for the parcel/goods until our receipt of it, so please ensure that you keep your postal receipt including information on shipping costs and, if applicable, track and trace number. Please note that we do not receive packages sent COD or the like.

Hos FLORA D går vi op i at beskytte dine personlige oplysninger, og derfor bliver dine kontaktoplysninger behandlet fortroligt og kun videregivet til en tredjepart i forbindelse med en levering af din ordre. Udover dette registrerer vi aldrig dine personfølsomme oplysninger, og vi videregiver dem hermed heller ikke til nogle former for tredjepart eller uvedkommende.

Når du er aktiv på FLORA D’s webshop, indsamles oplysninger om dig via vores website. Disse oplysninger kan eksempelvis blive indsamlet i forbindelse med et køb, ved tilmelding til vores nyhedsbrev, ved tilmeldelse til konkurrencer, eller når dine oplysninger gemmes på ”Min Konto” på vores webshop.
