Delivery time at Flora D is on average 1-3 working days in Denmark. For shipments outside of Denmark, please expect more delivery time. Should any delays occur on your order with our shipping partners after shipment from our warehouse, Flora D cannot be held responsible for this. Therefore, we also recommend that reservations be made for additional delivery time during busy periods, such as holidays or sales. All our parcels are shipped as insured goods.
We use GLS as shipping partner in Denmark. Please be aware that GLS does not ship on weekends and holidays, so orders placed on a Thursday after 12pm may not be available until Monday. Shipments outside of Denmark can be sent Monday to Friday.

We will always do our best to fulfil your order, but in rare cases, errors can occur in our stock update, which may cause us to not include the item you have ordered. In that case, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. Should such a situation occur, your order will be cancelled, and no money will be taken.
Remember to keep your order number if the item is to be returned, or you will need a refund.
In Denmark and 22 other countries in Europe, your order can be sent free of charge. Postage is always based on the cheapest shipping method – which is without delivery. When choosing another shipping method, a shipping fee of up to 49 DKK is added, depending on the chosen shipping method. For delivery abroad, we offer free shipping to 23 countries in Europe.

Ordering and payment
All the prices for Flora D products are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and Euros (EUR) included 25% Danish VAT.
At Flora D we accept the following forms of payment:
Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay and PayPal.
Payment for your order will not be taken from your card or PayPal account until your order is shipped from our warehouse
When you order a product from our web shop, you will receive an email with an order confirmation shortly after.
This confirmation email is not the same as an invoice. However, you will receive an invoice email that acts as your receipt when your purchase is completed and registered.
When your purchase is registered with Flora D, we will send your order as soon as possible. Items ordered on a Friday after 12pm or during the weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Products purchased on public holidays will not be processed until the first subsequent weekday.
You will receive an email with a link to the GLS Track and Trace feature the same day as your order is shipped from our warehouse. However, please note that it may take some time upon shipping before your package is registered, and the Track and Trace feature is activated.
Returns / Return policy
When you shop online at Flora D, you always have 30 days of cancellation. Your right of return will begin after you have received the item and is complied with as long as the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
The money will always be refunded to the same payment method that you used to pay for your order. For example, if you have paid with a credit card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the card you used to make the purchase with.
Should you regret your purchase, please return your item in the same condition you received it in. When we receive the item, we will check it and provide a refund after this.
We will process your return item as soon as possible. Your money from your purchase will be refunded as soon as Flora D has received the returned item.
In case of return, you will pay the return shipping costs unless otherwise is agreed with Flora D.
Should you choose to use the item, or if you reduce the value of the product in any way, your right of cancellation will cease. We recommend using an insured form of shipping.
Should a product go missing in the mail upon return, Flora D will renounce all responsibility for this, unless the parcel is shipped correctly with tracking. Remember to attach your order number.
We do not receive parcels sent COD.
If you want to exchange one item for another, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you a return label, after which you simply return the parcel to the designated shipping partner. Flora D will pay the return fee when you choose to exchange an item.

If the product has been worn beyond what has been described above, we will consider it used, resulting in only part of or none of the purchase amount being returned in case of a return of the purchase. This amount will depend on the commercial value of the product. In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must not have started using the product, broken, or otherwise damaged it while in charge of it. In addition, it must be returned complete as received by you originally.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive back the amount you have paid in full. In case of a decrease in value that you are liable for, this amount will be deducted. Money will always be transferred back to the same payment method with which you used to pay for the purchase originally. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase price will be returned to the payment card you used to make the purchase.
As a customer, you always have a 24-month warranty. This covers manufacturing and/or material defects that were present within 24 months of your purchase. The warranty does not cover items that are defective due to wear, lack of maintenance, improper use, or improper washing, with the exception of defects present at the time of purchase.
In case of a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can exchange the item, refund the money, or offer a discount on the item.

When you choose to return a product to Flora D due to a warranty claim, please send information about the defects in the product, and enclose a copy of your invoice in the return parcel. This allows us to handle your inquiry much faster and ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome of your complaint.
For legitimate claims, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.
If your claim is legitimate, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to return the item to us. Keep in mind that the item must always be sent in proper packaging, and that no address tag or packaging tape must be attached to the product itself or its original packaging. Please ensure that you receive a postal receipt. You are responsible for the parcel/goods until our receipt of it, so please ensure that you keep your postal receipt including information on shipping costs and, if applicable, track and trace number. Please note that we do not receive packages sent COD or the like.
At Flora D, we wish to protect your personal information, so your contact information will be treated confidentially, and will only be disclosed to a third party in connection with a delivery of your order. In addition to this, we will never record your sensitive information, nor will we pass it on to any forms of third party or unauthorised persons.
When you are active on Flora D's web shop, information about you is collected via our website. For example, this information may be collected in conjunction with a purchase, signing up for our newsletter, signing up for contests, or when your information is stored in "My Account" in our web shop.

This makes your card information safe, and we guarantee that it will not be available to any unauthorised persons or third party.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that we store on your computer to keep track of what happens during your visit and to recognise the computer. A cookie contains text only, is not a program, and does not contain viruses.
We use Google Analytics for log statistics at flora-d.com, which means that we collect information in our statistics system. The log statistics are used solely for the purpose of optimising our web shop.
